We deliver to France and Spain only (mainland). Shipping is one flat amount per order, not per item, which keeps restocking costs predictable.

Orders are prepared on working days. Delivery times are indicative and begin from dispatch, not from the moment the order is placed.

All prices on the site are shown in EUR excluding VAT. VAT is added at checkout according to your delivery country (France or Spain). The shipping charge is EUR 50 excl. VAT per order, free from EUR 200 excl. VAT, so you see the full amount before you pay. Deliveries between France and Spain involve no customs charges on arrival.
