Returns & Claims
Order with confidence
If an item arrives faulty or does not match your order, we will put it right. Report it within 14 days of delivery and our team will guide you through the next steps.
Our Policy
The essentials
14-day claims
Faulty or incorrect items must be reported within 14 days of delivery. Returns cover faulty or incorrect items only, so unsold stock and change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
Hygiene & condition
Please send items back unworn, in their original packaging, so we can inspect them. For hygiene reasons, pierced jewellery such as earrings, studs, hoops and body jewellery is only accepted with the seal intact, unless the item itself is faulty.
How refunds work
Once we receive and inspect the item, we send a replacement or refund to your original payment method. Original delivery charges are refunded where the item is faulty or incorrect.
