Our silver
What is your jewellery made from?
Every Gaia Silver piece is crafted from 925 sterling silver, which is 92.5 per cent pure silver blended with other metals for lasting strength. Each item is hallmarked or stamped where size allows.
Is your jewellery hypoallergenic?
Our finishes are nickel-safe and designed to be kind to sensitive skin. If a customer has a known metal allergy, we recommend patch-testing a new piece before extended wear.

Are prices shown with or without VAT?
All prices are shown in EUR excluding VAT. VAT is calculated at checkout according to your delivery destination.
How can I pay?
We accept major debit and credit cards and common secure payment methods. Your payment details are handled through an encrypted, secure checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to amend or cancel it for you.
Will I receive confirmation?
Yes. You receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it is dispatched.

How long does delivery take?
Every order is sent by tracked carrier to France and Spain only (mainland). Timeframes depend on destination and begin from dispatch. See our shipping page for full details.
How is shipping charged?
Shipping is a flat EUR 50 excl. VAT per order, and free from EUR 200 excl. VAT. All parcels are tracked.
Which countries do you deliver to?
We deliver to France and Spain only (mainland). We do not currently ship to other countries.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes. The minimum order is EUR 100 excl. VAT. Shipping is EUR 50 excl. VAT per order, free from EUR 200 excl. VAT. Prices are shown excl. VAT and VAT is added at checkout.
What is your returns policy?
Faulty or incorrect items can be reported within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, pierced jewellery is only accepted with the seal intact, unless faulty.
Do you have care information for my customers?
Yes. Our jewellery care page sets out simple advice you can share: keep pieces dry, store them separately in a soft pouch, and polish gently with a soft cloth.

Sizes and lengths
Which ring sizes are available?
Each product page lists the sizes available. To help customers find their size, suggest measuring the inner diameter of a ring they already wear.
Which chain lengths should I stock?
A 40 to 45 cm chain sits at the collarbone, while 50 cm and above rests lower on the chest. Product pages show the exact lengths on offer for each reference.
