Who is responsible
Gaia Silver Jewelry is operated by GAIA CREATION SOCIEDAD LIMITADA (Gaia Creation SL), which acts as data controller for the personal data processed through this website. For any question about your data, use our contact form.
What data we collect
Account and order data (name, company, email, phone, billing and delivery addresses, VAT number), messages you send us through the contact form, your newsletter subscription, and technical data needed to run the site (cookies for your session, cart and language).
Why we use it
To manage trade accounts and process orders, arrange delivery with our supplier and carriers, answer your requests, send the newsletter you signed up for, meet accounting and tax obligations, and keep the website secure.
Legal basis
Performance of a contract (accounts and orders), our legal obligations (invoicing and accounting), your consent (newsletter, which you can withdraw at any time) and our legitimate interest (security and service improvement).
Who receives it
Only the partners needed to fulfil your order: our supplier and manufacturing partner, delivery carriers, payment providers and our IT and hosting providers. Some of these partners are outside the European Union; transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Order and invoicing data for the period required by accounting law (up to 10 years); account data while your account is active; contact messages up to 3 years; newsletter data until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, request portability, and withdraw consent at any time. Contact us through the contact form. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (CNIL in France, AEPD in Spain).
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed for the site to work (session, cart, language preference). We do not use advertising cookies.
